Rehlko, a global leader in energy resilience, has announced a preliminary agreement to acquire The Wilmott Group, a leading provider of critical back-up power solutions in the United Kingdom. This strategic expansion strengthens Rehlko’s position in the data center and mission-critical infrastructure segments worldwide.
The Wilmott Group, which includes WB Power Services (WBPS) and acoustic solutions manufacturer Wiltech Acoustics, will be integrated into Rehlko’s EMEA division (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). The combination will enhance efficiency in the design, testing, installation, and servicing of back-up power solutions, while also accelerating the growth of Rehlko’s service and manufacturing capabilities.

With the acquisition of The Wilmott Group—operating 19 offices across the UK and supporting more than 4,000 critical power plants—Rehlko reaffirms its role as a trusted partner for data centers and other commercial facilities in the EMEA region.
