Orion-Tr Non-Isolated DC-DC Converters
Orion-Tr DC-DC converters are designed for reliable DC voltage conversion in 12 V, 24 V and 48 V electrical systems. They support remote on/off control, include short-circuit protection and can be connected in parallel to increase output current.
Description
The remote on/off connector removes the need for a high-current switch in the input wiring. The converter can be controlled using a low-power switch or an engine start/stop signal.
All models are protected against short circuits. An unlimited number of units can be connected in parallel to increase the output current. IP43 protection is achieved when the device is installed with the screw terminals facing downward. No special tools are required for installation. Models with a 12 V or 24 V input include an input fuse.
