Design and installation work

NTT Energy Company performs a full range of design work. We develop a general concept for the construction of the facility together with the customer to ensure that the project meets his needs as much as possible.

The comprehensive power supply project includes:

architectural and construction part (solutions for foundations, equipment layout in the premises and on the customer’s territory, technical tasks for construction organizations);
technological part (solutions for engineering systems used in the operation of the main equipment – ventilation, smoke extraction, air conditioning, fueling system, noise suppression);
electrical part (solutions for connecting customer equipment to existing power grids – equipment connection diagrams, cable route plans, calculations for selecting cable products, individual schemes for input and distribution equipment);
automation and dispatching (solutions for remote monitoring and equipment control);
fire alarm and fire extinguishing;
section “Environmental Impact Assessment” (calculation of emission parameters, noise, acoustic pressure, vibration);
section LUZOD/ASKOE.

We coordinate project documentation with all state authorities.

NTT Energy is as open as possible at all stages of project work. The client can at any time receive complete information about the status of the project, the timing of its full completion and individual stages of work.

We can offer both a turnkey set of design works and assistance in the development of individual sections.

We perform a full range of work on the installation and start-up of electrical equipment, namely:

Preparation of the facility for equipment installation (foundations for DGU and TP; construction and reconstruction of DGU, TP and UPS buildings);
Delivery and installation of various electrical equipment (using cranes, loaders, other construction equipment);
Installation of technological ventilation systems (using air ducts of any size and configuration);
Installation of exhaust gas emission systems for DGU (using high-altitude equipment – cradles, mobile towers, climbing teams);
Installation of internal and external power cable networks (with laying in rooms, urban areas with obtaining the necessary permits);
Installation of low-current cable networks for automation and dispatching;
Installation of noise reduction systems (decoration of premises, specialized air ducts, etc.);
Installation of fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems;
Installation of automation and dispatching systems;
Electrical measurement work of any complexity in 0.4 kV networks.

All work can be carried out both using materials and equipment of NTT Energy, and using materials of the customer.

During the installation work, we provide the customer with all the necessary documents in accordance with DBN, SNiP and other regulatory documents (acts of hidden work, measurement protocols, executive documentation, etc.).

All measurements are carried out by our own certified measuring laboratory using appropriate equipment.

It is also possible to perform work as a general contractor, as well as organize installation supervision.
