GX Tank 140 Tank Level Monitoring Module
Victron Energy GX Tank 140 is a monitoring module for connecting up to four tank-level sensors to a Victron GX system. It enables local and remote monitoring of fuel, fresh water, waste water, oil and other tank levels through the GX interface and VRM Portal.
Description
GX Tank 140 supports up to four tank-level sensors with either 4–20 mA current outputs or 0–10 V voltage outputs. Each channel can be configured independently for sensor type, operating range, fluid type and tank characteristics.
The module connects to the GX device via USB, which also powers the unit. Channels 3 and 4 provide an integrated 24 V DC supply for connected sensors, while channels 1 and 2 can use an external sensor power supply.
A configurable averaging filter from 1 to 60 seconds helps stabilise readings and reduce the effect of fluid movement inside the tank.
GX Tank 140 also provides sensor fault detection and can generate an alarm when measured values fall outside the acceptable operating range. Tank information can be viewed locally on the GX device, through Remote Console and remotely through the VRM Portal.
